### Standard Shipping

-   • $12.60 flat rate - satchels up to 3kg
-   • $18.00 flat rate - satchels up to 5kg

## Order Processing

Downunder Pleasures Pty Ltd is the retailer and your point of contact. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Victoria by Windsor Wholesale, our Australian fulfilment and distribution partner.

Orders placed before **2pm AEST Monday-Friday** are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

During sale events and peak periods (e.g., Christmas), processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days. We appreciate your patience!
