This in turn helps in preventing premature ejaculation which means the spray increases the average time of ejaculation. Directions for use: - Twist the cap to flip open. - Spray 3 times (not more than 10 times) to the head and shaft of the penis 5 to 15 minutes before sexual intercourse. - Wash or wipe thoroughly after intercourse.
